Sunday Worship

Sunday Service at Trinity.

Trinity Anglican Church gathers for worship each Sunday at 10 am. Worship services in the Anglican Church are rich in tradition and meaning. We alternate between Rite I, a more traditional service, and Rite II, both from the Book of Common Prayer.  Sunday worship includes music with a mix of piano and guitar, readings from the Old Testament, Psalms, Epistle and Gospels, and a celebration of Holy Communion.  We use a printed order of worship that makes it easy to follow along, both for long-time Anglicans and for those new to Trinity.

Every Sunday we ask the presence of the Lord to fill our hearts and do great work within our church. Most importantly, we begin each week by asking the Holy Spirit to come and fill the Worship with His glory. We pray the Lord will transform and renew our hearts and that He will come in power and meet us where we are.

Trinity Anglican worships at 929 11th Street, Marysville, CA.    We look forward to seeing and meeting everyone! May God bless us all.

The Anglican Service

Ever wonder what the meaning was behind different parts of the Anglican service?  Whether we are newcomers to the Anglican Church or have been attending services for years, we should remember that the Sunday service, or liturgy, is rich with meaning - every part says something about our faith, our beliefs, our worship and our relationship with Jesus Christ, and through Him, our God.

"Anglican liturgy is about transformation: . . . I join the community that does liturgy and find, little by little . . . God changes me." (Bosco Peters www.liturgy.co.nz)

In this "entertaining and enlightening talk," Father Eric Dudley, with St. Peters Anglican Church in Tallahassee, Florida, explains "The Nuts and Bolts of Liturgy."
